Information relating to an identified or identifiable person such as name, age, date of birth and contact details. Personal data may contain information that is know as “sensitive data ” such as health and medical conditions.

I only request the minimum information needed to provide efficient treatments and training. If you object to the collection of your personal data I may be unable to provide you with my services/training.
How do I collect personal data about you
I may obtain personal data face to face, via telephone, social media or email.You provide personal data when completing the contact form via my website or in writing via paper based consultation forms.
How is your personal data stored/ kept
All appropriate security measures are used to protect your personal data. In compliance with my insurance policy your personal data is kept securely for 7 years from the date of your last appointment.
How your personal data is used
I use your personal data to ensure safe and effective treatments and training. To communicate with you regarding appointments and course/workshop bookings. To inform you of relevant services and training opportunities. By contacting me,using my services and/or training you agree to receive these communications.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to wait listed clients and myself,please give a minimum of 24 hours to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to your treatment cost.
Health Conditions
I aim to provide the best possible treatments and training, please provide information regarding any health conditions you may have which may affect your treatments/training prior to your appointment.
