These workshops are a series of spiritual development Workshops each workshop consists of breath work and mediation. Some workshops are for beginners and some are for those who have some experience with meditation.

Meditation for beginners- simple meditation techniques including breath work, protecting your aura and grounding

Meditation- using visualisation, power animals, crystals and self guided techniques

Angel Meditation- introduction to the angelic realm for protecting your energy, cutting cords and activating your chakras

Awaking and self realisation- meditation to connect to your intuition and to release deep seated thoughts and feelings that no longer serve your highest good

Ascension Chakras- meditation to activate your 5 higher ascension chakras to connect heaven and earth 

Golden Age Of Atlantis- meditation to discover the ancient healing energies as we work with the High Priests and Priestesses of Atlantis

Expanding Consciousness- working with Archangels to connect to Christ Light, The Violet Flame and Metatron’s Cube
